Welcome to MyManager™, we provide tools for efficient and effective management of your research and development projects and lab. The MyManager™ service is operated by R & D Management Solution Inc., and is committed to respecting your privacy. By accessing or using the Service, you (“User”) express that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by (1) the Terms of Uses (“Terms”) and (2) this MyManager™ Privacy Policy, whether you are a registered member of MyManager™ or not. This document explains how MyManager™ collects and uses information when you use the Service and the safeguards we use to protect that information. If you do not accept either the Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy, you should not access the website and/or become a MyManager™ client.

Personal information you choose to provide

To register, you are required to provide some profile data including detail contact address. If you do not wish to provide MyManager™ with this profile data, you should not/cannot register. All your contact information, including, but not limited to, your name, address, email address, telephone number, will be maintained in strict confidence.

How MyManager™ uses your profile and professional data

The given information is collected primarily for purposes of enabling you to receive the Services requested by you. The information collected shall be used for the purposes providing you with email support and in order to allow MyManager™ to contact you through email or telephone or letter with news and updates about services, products and offers (for example: new releases, newsletter, special offers, new features, etc.). At times, MyManager™ will collect, retain, and use your profile data for market analysis and statistical data analysis on MyManager™ performance, however, individuals will never be identified in these processes. MyManager™ may keep a backup copy of all data for a reasonable period of time to revert back to a prior version of that data, in case you will need.

You may remove your contact address from any of the above mentioned mailing lists and stop receiving future communications from us, other than those directly related to the Service functionality/Software, by contacting us. MyManager™ will not sell, rent, or exchange such information to any other organization or entity (except legal requirement) unless the user is first notified and we received written or electronically transmitted permission from you to do so.

As a MyManager™ client you agree to the following 1. The profile data you provide is complete, accurate, truthful, and current. 2. You will maintain the security of your MyManager™ account and password. 3. You will update the Registration Information and profile data you provided to MyManager™ as it will change. 4. You are fully responsible for all use and content of your account.

Information collected on this website

When you use our website our system may log your web activities. These records are not personally identifiable and are purely statistical. The statistical information we gather comes from monitoring the website using ‘cookies’, in order to categorise user trends, which helps us in improving the service to you.

User’s data

Upon individual client administrator’s request, we shall remove relevant user’s data from our system within 14 days of request.


We use strict security protocols and technology to protect any personal information we hold through service level agreement with our service provider. Although we take necessary measures in order to provide a highly secured website and service we cannot fully control and therefore cannot be held liable for any interruptions, intrusions, errors, loss of data or any other interferences with the use of our service caused by a breach of security. MyManager™ cannot guarantee that the data you submit through the Service will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. In the event of a security breach we will notify the affected users and repair the breach in a reasonable amount of time.

Incidental access

MyManager™ works with other recognised professional companies, like Firehost to provide information technology services like cloud server, network, database backup, etc., who may have occasional access to relevant databases. These companies have top level of security measures against privacy breech, and will operate under consumer privacy policy agreements with MyManager™.

Users should immediately report any unauthorized activity to MyManager™ as soon as they become aware of such activity. Unauthorized use of personal information violates this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Uses.

Changes to policies

MyManager™ reserves the right to revise or update this policy at any time. If we do, we will post the changes on the website. The changes will take effect as soon as they are posted. The Privacy Policy does not create any contractual or other legal right in or on behalf of any party. MyManager™ reserves the right to terminate or withheld access to Users at any time with or without cause.
